Our company was founded in 1969 by industry icon Bill Loveless. In 1992, Kim Woolsey partnered with Bill and the company became known as Loveless-Woolsey Associates. In 2002, Loveless-Woolsey became Woolsey Associates, and in 2013 Joe Anderson partnered with Kim to continue the tradition of representing the finest factories in the food service industry.

Outside Sales, End-User Market and Distributor Sales
Joe became president of AFS (formerly Woolsey Associates) in January of 2016. His food service career began in 1985 as an outside sales rep for a national distributor. He joined then Woolsey Associates in 2009, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service and problem solving skills to the end-user market. Joe became partner in 2013.
Joe is CPMR certified, is on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Restaurant Association - Education Foundation as well as the MAFSI Wisconsin Board of Directors and is ServSafe certified. Joe is married and has eight children. He enjoys baseball, bowling, golf, traveling and family time.
Cindy has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. She has worked for a National Distributor in Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service Management. Cindy likes to spend time with family and friends.
Brian joined AFS in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in food service equipment sales and service. He began his career with Hobart Corporation in 1993, where he gained knowledge of the industry through his dealings with almost every aspect of the food service business. Brian has a Bachelor’s Degree in business management and will receive his MBA in the spring of 2018. He enjoys marathon running, home projects, and spending time with his family.
Nik been in the foodservice industry for over 5 years. He started his career with Hobart as a territory rep and spent time as a business development manager with the warewash team. He graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Accounting. Nik enjoys hockey and outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, camping and skiing.
Tim has been in the foodservice industry for about a year. He has a passion for helping people by ensuring operators and end users are happy even after they receive their products. Tim received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2013 and has worked in manufacturing/warehousing as well as industrial laundry. In his free time, Tim loves to spend time with his three amazing kids and wonderful wife of 10 years. He also enjoys golf and spending time outdoors whenever possible.

Connie joined AFS in 2005 with over 20 years experience in the health care industry. She is a member of ANFP, Association of Nutrition & Food Service Professionals. Connie enjoys spending time with her family and grand-dogs, playing cards, and watching sports.
Mickie has over 20 years experience as an expeditor and in customer service. She has been a member of the AFS team since 2007. She enjoys watching the Packers and Brewers, playing cards and spending time with her family and friends.
Marketing Manager, Support Specialist
Joining AFS in 2014, Kay brings experience in end-user operations, marketing and design. Kay enjoys cheering on the Brewers, DIY projects around the house, biking, and spending time with her dogs Bailey and Hawkeye.
Taylor joined AFS in May of 2017. Since graduating from LeTourneau University in 2014, he has worked at a social working facility and was an Area Sales Manager at a local audio visual equipment company. Taylor has gained experience in the entire sales cycle and looks forward to using what he has learned here at AFS. Taylor enjoys watching movies, riding his motorcycle, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Kim started his career in the Food Service business in 1981 with Vulcan and then worked five years in contract design for a national distributor. In 1991 he joined the company and became President of Woolsey Associates, Inc. in 2002. Kim retired at the end of 2015 and will enjoy golfing, boating and spending time with his family in his free time.
