The Bakers Pride® model P46S oven features two independently controlled baking chambers: an upper chamber with two decks that is great for pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads and a taller lower chamber with one deck for baking or roasting. This oven has Cordierite decks with 3.25" deck heights on the top and a 7.5" deck height on the bottom. The two baking chambers are independently controlled, featuring a 284–680°F thermostat and 15-minute timer in the top chamber and a 140–550°F thermostat and 60-minute timer in the bottom chamber. This model comes standard with a stainless steel exterior and 4” adjustable legs. International voltages available.
