More than 2,100 manufacturers and suppliers as well as tens of thousands of attendees got together at McCormick Place in Chicago for the 2023 National Restaurant Show. Throughout the weekend, attendees learned creative and new solutions to today’s challenges in the restaurant industry, from the latest food and beverage trends to emerging technologies and operational innovations that will address labor challenges and boost the bottom line.
In addition, several manufacturers and suppliers hosted product and/or cooking demos, and unveiled new products.
