After measuring, sending over some drawings, and getting a quote from one of our local dealers, they signed off on everything we had discussed. A few weeks later, they went from tired metal shelving and aluminum pan racks to CAMBRO Elements Xtra shelving and Ultimate Sheet Pan racks, giving their space a fresh new look.

Chef Fredit was excited the shelving can be cleaned easily, and how staff can run the shelving plates through their dishwasher for time and labor savings. In addition to this, he eliminated his corner posts and bought himself more real estate for the larger boxes or products that require more space.
