Tim Mitchell, founder of Mangia Catering, visited the Cambro booth at Catersource last year in Orlando, Fla. A few months later, he was contacted by Cambro with the news that he won our $3,000 giveaway!
“It was like Christmas!! It was so hard to choose what we wanted to use the credit for, but we went with something we have rented many times but always wanted to own,” said Mitchell.
Mitchell and his team uses their new ice caddies are for events that require tableside water service, where they have to prefill 100’s of water goblets and they also use them when they provide full bar service.
